This one on one session will teach you the basics of mindful meditation and we'll explore practices that will best suite your needs. We'll discuss positions, meditation tools, space, environment, and more!

We'll create a plan and schedule that will allow you to reach your goals while releasing any fears you might have attached with them. This may be a career change, emotional mindset change, transformation change, goal setting, or relationship connection. Each and every one of us are made for greatness, and sometimes our life experiences and schedules prevent us from reaching that greatness. Allow me to be your personal mentor and guide you through the obstacles as you succeed in your own race!

Come and enjoy a private group class with people of your choice! Minimum of 4 people required to reach $80.00. Class is 45 minutes. Call us with questions.

Some sessions can be magical and emotional when they involve those we love who have already passed on.
In this 60 minute session we'll discuss the person you would like to re-connect with and will determine if it's a suitable fit. In a guided meditation that you will re-connect to your loved one and feel their presence. Needed conversations may take place between the two of you and a much needed release and farewell can occur as well. Energy healing will be performed at the end to assist with your release and new beginnings. An exact plan and action will be discussed prior and after your session.
