What are EarSeeds?

Ear Seeds are needle-free ear acupressure seeds. They consist of tiny seeds, beads, or pellets that are held in place on the surface of the ear with tape. The pressure they exert sends messages to the brain to assist us with our intended goal.

How long do I wear them?

How long do I wear them?

They can be left on for up to 5 days and it's safe to go about your day as normal. Once they come off you may allow your skin to breath for 8-24 hours before having seeds re-applied with a fresh new set.

This varies for each individual. While some may experience immediate results, others may require multiple sessions.
